Anno Showcase at The Pound - 8:30pm
During the 90 minute session, you will hear from one of the founders of Anno, who will talk about the distillery, the fascinating chemistry behind distillation and botanicals. You’ll be sampling two cocktails featuring Anno twists, and have the opportunity to sample the full product range.

Thursday 15th:
Ableforth & The Pound Showcase at The Pound - 8pm
Come and enjoy the upcoming partnership with The Pound Bar in Canterbury & Ableforth's from Tunbirdge Wells, who will be collaborating on two unique cocktails inspired by Kent - the Garden of England.
The Pound Bar & Kitchen is set within Canterbury's former city gaol, gaoler’s house and police station, making use of atmospheric and beautiful original features to create a special destination to enjoy delicious food and cocktails during the day and late into the evening.
Ableforth's is a multi-award-winning range of spirits and liqueurs crafted without compromise from the very finest ingredients. Each bottle is lovingly wrapped, tied and wax-dipped by hand. The cocktails will contain their two most scrumptious spirits, Bathtub Gin & Rumbullion! Rum.

Friday 16th:
Greensand Ridge Showcase at The Pound - 8pm
Greensand Ridge Distillery is a sustainable distillery based in Kent, which works with food producers to ferment and distil quality surplus produce into fine spirits.
Over the course of an hour you'll hear from Head Distiller, Will, about the different fermentation and distillation techniques needed for Gin, Fruit Brandies, Rum and Whisky while sampling a selection of their releases and enjoying two cocktails - a classic gin cocktail made with their signature London Dry Gin, and a special cocktail devised for the event using a one-off gin, custom distilled for Kent Cocktail week!
